Deadwood Says No to Running Bison
When the Pamplonian's in Spain started running the bulls in the 16th centruy, they probably paid no mind to the concept of spectator liability. But today's city commissioners in Deadwood, South Dakota have, and they voted 4-1 against a proposal to allow bison to be run with people for a special event on Main Street.
